Farmland Leasing

Richvale Farm is actively seeking crop ground to lease in Western Frederick County and Eastern Washington County, Maryland. If you are a land owner that is interested in making a change, please keep us in mind. We pay fair rates and care for our rented land as if it was our own. We maintain proper soil fertility levels, weed control, maintaining waterways, using cover crops, etc.

We realize as landowners, you have many large farming operations from neighboring areas interested in renting land, but we ask that you would consider a smaller family-ran operation such as ourselves first, we are sure that you will be happy with your choice.
